At Postpartum Pal, our mission is to create a modern-day village where postpartum families find support, and a sense of belonging. We are dedicated to nurturing communal care during this transformative season.
Our vision is to empower, educate, and uplift every member of our village, ensuring that no one walks the path of postpartum alone. Together, we embrace the challenges and celebrate the joys, forging a community that champions the well-being of postpartum families and fosters lasting connections.
Our organization is open to and welcomes all families who align with our mission and values. We are deeply committeed to centering and prioritizing BIPOC & Queer families, recognizing the systemic barries these communtiies have and continue to face. Our goal is to create a space that is affirming, equitable, and supportive for those who need it most, while ensuring all families feel welcome.

We believe that prioritizing BIPOC & Queer families helps address long-standing disparities in access to safer and affirming spaces. While we center BIPOC & Queer families in our work, we recognize that the importance of a village in the tender postpartum season applies to all families, and we want to support everyone we can.
